To become a Company Secretary (CS) is not an easy task, you have to clear all the stages to become CS. The candidate can register for CS course, just after passing the 12th examination. After passing the intermediate examination you are eligible to enroll & appear for Foundation course.

To become a Company secretary you have to clear all these stages,

~~ Foundation Programme
~~ Executive Programme
~~ Professional Programme.

Duration of Foundation Program is 8 months, Those who registered for CS Course, must, have to undergo 15 months compulsory training in CS to get the membership of ICSI as well as undergo 15 days training with the Registrar of Companies.

Those who clear all the stages along with training are eligible to become CS.

Company Secretary are professionals who deal in legal matter of a company. The starting salary of company secretary is around 20,000 to 25,000 per month. You can earn 40 k to 50 k pm easily after completing this course.

Graduate & post graduate candidates can directly seek registration to the executive programme stage of the CS course.

Stages to become a Company Secretary:

Foundation Programme
Executive Programme

If you have completed these three stages, you will become C.S.

After completion of course, you will be able to get as good package of Rs.30 to 40K per month. Seniors can get good packages with work experiences.

to register for foundation level, you must have done 12th class.
