Is it mandatory to join the professional program to get the degree of CS
else we get the degree on behalf of the executive program

To become a CS you have to pursue the course offered by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). There is no alternative course to become a CS. For more details refer the official website of ICSI: www.icsi.in
