I am giving my 12th Board exam right now.
I just wanted to know that can I
register for ICSI course along with B.Com?
Please confirm me about this asap.

Yes, you can register for ICSI course along with B.com after completion of your 12th standard. That's because candidates who have completed their 12th standard from any recognized board are eligible to register for ICSI course. And admissions to this course are open throughout the year. But, the admission tests are conducted twice in a year, in the months of June and December.
