Dear friends , you can directly join CA ipcc level without CpT If u have passed bcom with 55% . But to attend the ipcc exam u want to compleat 9months trainig in any ca firm while u preparing the exam. So u must ensure that whether u can prepare for the exam while ur traing. On other hand If u pass the CPT test there will be a good flow of ur career development..

CA is not tough but if you have interest on CA it is easy and you have to work hard.if you have these qualification it is easy otherwise it is tough.In India salary is 50000 and other countries is 2000$ approximately.
