The salary package in private institutes may vary according to the management. The salary structure also varies with the location of the institution. As in government sector, salary package for a fresh candidate will be less at starting stage but it increases with experience. An entry-level candidate can expect a salary package of Rs. 8000/-. The M Ed graduates can also find job opportunities in reputed coaching institutes offering good salaries.
Remuneration after M Ed for Private Practice in India and Abroad
Each country employs different pay structure for candidates who have done their masters degree in teaching. European nation’s offers better salary structures to teaching professionals. After acquiring adequate experience in teaching, an aspirant can get into a hi-profiled job abroad. Anyway, the management powering the institution decides salary structure of private practices. An aspirant can find a better salary structure abroad than in India. Those aspirants who would like to work abroad can consider this as a good profession.

I AM M.Sc.(ZOOLOGY),B.ED (FIRST DIVISIONER THROUGHOUT AND WORKING AS PRIMARY TEACHER (SCIENCE).
NOW WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT PhD ZOOLOGY OR M.ED.
KINDLY TELL ME WHICH ONE IS A BETTER OPTION FOR ME AS FAR LONG TERM GOALS ARE CONCERNED.
I AM ALREADY 34 YEARS OF AGE AND DONT HAVE MUCH CHANCES TO TAKE BOTH IN TERMS OF TIME AND MONEY .
