How to open a BEd college in Bihar?

8n order to open a college one must find a suitable land to build a college and also one needs to score a Society Registration in India.
One has to get No objection certificate from the Directorate of Higher Education of Individual state. The investment required for your venture would range from 2 to 3 crores One has to do all the formalities that are required for opening a college, be it legal, financial or arrangement of staff. |
