I am graduation of B.TECH MBA in functional area of HR and MARKETING .i dont have any experince in the specialisations. so please help me how to find apt job for myself ?
and what the expectation of industries about the management trainee fresher?

after B.Tech and MBA in HR and Marketing there are always so many job opportunity. you will get from your institution campus or you may try for job from outside. there are so many advertisement of MBA job and B.Tech in various job portal like http://www.monster.com or http://www.naukri.com etc. from here you will get advertisement for job for freshers as well as for experienced candidates. you may apply for job for which you fulfill the eligibility criterion. the company will contact with you if they are interested on your resume.

in other way in every company official website there is a link named as career. there will be a direct link to submit or resume or there one email id is available where you may send your resume. you may send your resume to various companies where you want to join and they company have suitable post for you. when there will be any post available they will contact with you for the recruitment.

from the management trainee fresher the expectation of the companies are leading capability, hard worker, problem solving skill, innovative thinking, good learner, efficient etc. these are the quality it does not mean that there is a standard through which you will judged. you should have more or less these qualities to work as management trainee otherwise you may be selected for a job but it will be difficult to survive with the job.

Dear i hereby inform you that Engineering plus MBA degree holder is more demand in the competitive age, and salary will be also high for those person who is completed its B.Tech and MBA and the job of Hr is very well you can join Accenture company If you have completed your MBA HR.

can we get hr job with B.tech_IT without doing mba??
