Re: Job Opportunities after completion of MBA in Marketing and HR?
Dual specialization in HR and Marketing will help you to obtain jobs in both the areas. You can find jobs as HR Manager, Payroll Manager, etc in the HR department of reputed firms. You can also work in Media Houses and also in Public Relation. Marketing Manager, Sales Manager, Marketing Communication Manager, etc are some of the job profiles available in marketing field. Advertising firms and marketing research firms offer lucrative career openings for MBA holders in Marketing.

Re: Job Opportunities after completion of MBA in Marketing and HR?
It is good that you are pursuing your MBA course with the two popular specializations Marketing and HR.
First you decide upon the areas in which you want to go for jobs either into Marketing or into HR. If you are a female candidate, then the best thing for you is HR. You will easily be given jobs in various -Consultancies -Small Companies -MNCs in various HR activities like Recruitment Training and Development Performance Appraisal Payroll etc. Even for Male candidates HR area will be a good choice. But strong communication skills will be required to get job opportunities in this area. The salaries will not be good in the initial months of career. But job profile is risk free. When it come to the point of Marketing field, getting a job is very easy in this area. There are number of companies in India which are into manufacturing of products and services. Number of candidates are required to market these products to Customers. Don't apply for the job opportunities which involves door to door selling. You will loose interest in entire marketing area itself. Depending upon your performance, you will be given incentives, allowances and special benefits in this area. Promotions are too easy and you can earn a lot in short span of time. Even to get success in this area also, you should have strong communication skills. So, choose the field as per your interest and get good job. Wish you all the best. |
