I have completed my Bsc IT in 2011 and now have taken admission to FY Mba and have planned to do specialization in marketing so can u plz concern me about the future job opportunities in IT

You can join as Marketing Manager in banks or PSU. Sales manager profiles in industries also suit you. Insurance manager, Business Development Manager, etc are some other matching positions. HLL, CIL, etc are some of the firms where you can join as Management trainee. Lecturer or Professor Jobs in colleges/Universities are also rewarding.

Having completed B.Sc in IT, if you want to join in pure IT job, then don't go for MBA in Marketing.

Opt for any of the following courses at Post Graduation level.
MCA (Master of Computer Appliactions)
M.Sc in Computer Science
MBA in Systems Management
MBA in Information Technology

If you did MBA in Marketing, you will get Marketing jobs where in you should generate business to the organization
-by delivering products to the customers
-by approaching potential customers
-by identifying potential customers
-by maintaining good relationships with existing customers etc.

You are no more involved in designing IT applications and other stuff.

Opt for any of the courses which I mentioned and make most out of them.

You need to get through to get admission for any of those courses.

If you want to join MBA, you should crack any of the following Entrance Exams
CAT
MAT
GMAT etc.

If you want to join other courses, each and every university will conduct its own Entrance Exam to give admission.
