sir , please can anyone tell how to opt both mathematics and boilogical sciences at intermediate level

You have not mentioned the board in which you wish to opt for both maths and biology in your +2. You can opt to do the course from CBSE board. Other than 2 language subjects you can choose any 3 from the below list,
Mathematics
Physics
Chemistry
Computer Science
Biology
Biotechnology
Engineering Graphics
Economics
If you take admission in CBSE board then you can opt for both biology as well as maths as your main subjects. This is possible with other board as well.
