I congratulate you for getting qualified in IBPS Clerk Exam.

Having given good performance in the written exam and qualified, repeat the same performance in Interview also to get the Clerk Job.

In Interview, you will be posed Questions from the following categories
-Self Introduction
-Academic Details
-Hobbies and Achievements
-Questions on your Projects and Internships
-Questions on your previous work experience (if any)
-Questions on Banking terminology
-Questions regarding recent happenings in Banking sector.

So, try to be strong enough with these aspects to give a good performance in the Interview.

Make sure that you will be able to answer any kind of questions which will be posed on the basis of your resume that you will submit.

So far, no bank has announced notification for the Interview.

So, don't waste this crucial time and start preparing for the Interview.

If you are not strong enough in communication skills, try to be strong enough in this area by the time you appear for Interview.

If time permits, try to some computer related certification course.

Wish you all the best.

.
Around 5 lacs candidates qualify the written exam but the vacancies available are around 35000 only so Interview becomes very important part of the selection procedure

Prepare a good bio-data of yourself including all you achievements qualification etc

First of all you will be asked about Yourself.
Start with your personal details, then your qualifications and then about you previous experience of job if any. Complete all this in 2-3 mintues

Then you will be asked why you have chosen this sector. You can say that banking sector is providing very good opportunities for learning and career growth and that you think you can contribute well in this sector etc.

And yeah don't give a negative answer in any case like if they ask you if you get job call from another bank will you leave this job then you can say that it will be pointless since the opportunities are same in all the banks etc.

You need good preparation of current affairs, banking and economic news.
And they may also ask you if you have any questions so prepare that also.

I congratulate you for getting qualified in IBPS Clerk Exam and about to take the Interview.

It is a tough task for the candidates to get a call for the Interview.

Many of the candidates, even though they get qualified in the written exam, they may not get a call for Interview. The reason being their score is less than the cut off marks required to attend for Interview as per their category.

So, have good preparation for Interview and confirm your job as clerk in any of the public sector bank.

Some of the areas from which the questions will be asked in Interview are

Self Introduction
Questions on your academic projects
They may ask your achievements
Reasons for changing into Banking sector
Banking Terminology related questions etc.

They will put main focus on how well you are answering the questions than the content.

So, please prepare yourself well enough in the above mentioned areas so that you can easily crack the Interview.

Try to be confident enough in the Interview and maintain good eye contact with the Interviewer.

Try to showcase all your knowledge and skills in a better manner.

If you don't know any concept, try to accept the same. Don't try to bluff the Interviewer at any time. It will be a problem for you.

Hope this guidance is useful for you.

Wish you all the best.
