How to prepare for MCH? Which books to follow and examination pattern?


Respected sir,
I m resident of general surgery. I m in 2nd year .I want to know how to prepare for mch.which books to read and when to start is d best.what is d exam pattern ?
Do I need to read all subjects of MBBS again?
Which one has better scopes gastro or uro?
