hey i have heard that the pattern of GRE has changed, so in the context of same i wanna knw the current pattern of the question paper.also enlight me with some good books for the preparation of the same. do we need to give some additional examination along with GRE to study abroad?

Practicing to Take the General Test by ETS

Barron’s How to Prepare for the GRE Test

Writing Skills for the GRE and GMAT (Peterson)

if you want to study abroad you have to compulsorily give exam of IELTS/TOFEL.

I have purchased Barrons and ETS official guide last year. ETS official guide is just not good and Barrons does not have word list only. However one can use Barrons for some concepts and practice.
Also if someone could tell if the Kaplan and Princeton are good books to buy?
