How to prepare for Ph.D Mass Communication exam? Which books to opt for? Date of exam and fee structure for the course?
i am masters in mass communication and gradution in english honours ,i want pursue phd in mass communication ,how do i prepare myself for the entrance exams,and which books should i opt for in order to qualify the exam, when the exams are conducted. What are the expenses incured

Would it be possible for you to be more specific about the exam one may wish to write for undertaking research... are you refering to NET/JRF or any related exam? what would be the best way to approach the exam in terms of syllabus, preparation, seeking research area? also, any information you shed on the institutes offering the course will be highly appreciated. The entrance test for research in mass communication will be purely on the syllabus of masters in the concerned field. Also, you need be updated with the current events. Cultivate the habit of reading newspapers and journals on mass communication. There are many books available in mass communication specially modified for the test. You can also refer the previous question papers of the test. The test is conducted in June and December.

Last date of submit the application for net exam is 10th May 2012 and exam will be conducted on 24th June (Sunday). The book are available in marketing, you can purchase and can do your preparation.
