How to pursue M.Tech(Mechanical) without GATE exam after B.Tech with 54.56% marks?
sir, I have completed b.tech with only 54.56 % marks in 2006 . I am interested for M.Tech- Mechanical without GATE.

Sorry friend I suggest you go through GATE exam because without gate score no any good college give you admission ,,
so just study hard and write gate exam.. good luck |

You should appear in GATE to get a reputed institute to do M.Tech. Otherwise you can get a seat in a private institute in Management quota by paying donation without GATE score.
Other exceptions are for candidates under QIP (Quality Improvement Program), Defence Personnel and other sponsored categories.

dear friend
your b.tech percentage is very poor so you didn't get any good college for admission . for getting good college you have to study hard & crack GATE exam . I am attaching previous year question which will help you to figure out the pattern of exam. best of luck

I have 7.87 GPA in b.tech.(mechanical) and interested to do m.tech. But how to get admission with out gate in 2013-14 ?
I m ready to to write any other exam to get the admission in m.tech.
