In order to pursue Company Secretary course, you will not require to qualify any entrance examination as The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) or any other regulatory body, do not conduct any common entrance exam for Company Secretary course.
So, once you qualify +2 level of examination, you will be eligible to enroll for the course, irrespective of your stream and marks scored in the examination.
The Company Secretary course comprise of :
Foundation Program
Executive Program
Management Training
Professional Program

Since you will be joining the course after +2, you will have to register for the Foundation Program, whereas, a graduate may enroll directly for the Executive Program.

YES, you can join the CS programme

CS programme is conducted in three stages:
Foundation
Executive
Professional

After you complete your B.COM you can get direct admission in the executive level of the CS programme

This level can be completed within minimum 12 months

Fees is Rs 7000 for the B.COM gradutes
Apart from this there will be an exam fees of Rs 1800

There are 7 papers that you have to give in the ICSI executive level

>> Tax Laws and Practice
>> Company Laws

Module 2
>> Company Accounts and Auditing Practices
