The next Management Aptitude Test for the year 2012 will be held on 02-09-2012.
The registration form for the same will be made available soon and you will be able to obtain it from specific branches of the following banks:

Axis Bank
Bank of Baroda

The All India Management Association also makes online application form available on its official website as per the prescribed schedule and hence you may either apply for the test through offline mode or through online mode.
