Dear friend,

Yes , You are eligible for AFMC exam.

You must be completed 12th science with above 60% in PCM.

Also you must be score above 50 marks in Physics , Chemistry ,mathematics , English.

You must have also passed an examination in Mathematics at least of the matriculation standard.

A B.Sc candidate must have two subjects at the field of Science.

Also your your age should be in between 17 to 22 years(For 12th).

For B.SC candidate the maximum age limit is 24 years.

you can get the information in newspaper or by net,about the date of exam & forms for registration in AFMC. You can get the forms from any bookshop. fill that form & post it ,you will get your roll no. & place of examination .

AFMC stands for Armed Forces Medical College

The AFMC entrance exam is carried out on a yearly basis by the Armed Forces Medical College as to offer admission to the Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery course. The candidate who wishes to apply for the AFMC entrance exam should get the Prospectus and application forms from the designated centers by giving an amount of Rs. 250 or else the application can also be downloaded from the official website i.e. afmc.nic.in

The application forms downloaded from the official website must be printed in an A4 size paper. The application must be correctly filled with all the relevant details s per the official records. Duly filled application must be sent to the AFMC Pune along with a DD for an amount of 250/- . The applicant must also write the full name and the registration number on the back of the DD. The application obtained from the designated post office by paying an amount of Rs.250 through Bank Draft must also be dully filled and sent along with full postal address if the applicant.

AFMC: Armed Forces Medical College,Pune.

This is a premier institute for Medical Sciences in India.

This Institute is affiliated to Maharashtra University of health Scence.

This is also recognized by Medical Council of India.

Every year this AFMC conducts entrance tests to give admissions to Indian youth.

The speciality of this MBBS Course is after the degree the student i.e., you have to serve for at least 7 years as commissioned Officer in the armed forces . Regarding this your parents should also sign a bond agreeing the above condition.

Eligibility criteira for AFMC Entrance exam :-

->you should complete your 10+2 with Biology,Physics Chemistry and english. you should have minimum 60% marks in PCB.

->you should also clear your 10th with Mathematics.

Th minimum age limit is 17 years and you should not exceed 27 years of age.

Here is the procedure of applying for it.

->Prospectus will be available in the admission cell of AFMC ,Pune

->you have the option of applying Online too.

->you can also purchase the forms from designated post offices also by paying the amount of 250 or so.

Entrance exam for admission into AFMC will be held in May 1st week.

Their is no defined syllabus for AFMC exam.however the general pattern of exam comes from you 11th and 12th level class.

AFMC exam consist of following section:
