You can check your examination center manually through official website upsc.

Septs to Find out Examination Center:-

• The Applicant should Visit Official website of UPSC and Click on Venue Information Link.
• The Applicant need to enter the registration ID and need to download the venture Information.
• All Information regarding examination center,examination Code and Paper Timing are available in the Venue Information

So, I suggest you to check the UPSC website and download your Venue Information to find out you're examination center.
