As you have done address mistake in form so nothing to worry because this mistake can be correct for this you have to send an separate application for address proof verification along with photostat attachments of your application for correction. Definitely they will correct the mistake.

The most effective way would be that you speak to your tax consultant regarding this matter. he would guide you in the best possible way.

Though for your reference i have attached the BTC forms which also has correction option with instruction.
