NET- National Eligibility Test is an assessment test for candidates willing to join Universities/Colleges as lecturer.

To take the test, you need to complete your masters degree program, which is M.Com, in your case, and have to score a minimum of 55% marks in the examination. Once you fulfill this criteria, you will be eligible to apply for the test and appear either in the month of June or in December, depending upon your registration.

Since you are still pursuing Part II, you need to complete the course and qualify the exam to be considered eligible.

For more information, refer to the official website of UGC NET.
