The eligibility to do the BCA is a Class XII with 45% marks. There are many colleges/institutions conduct the course. You can join in any one of the college in your city. For this you have to get the application form fill the same and apply. The duration of the course is three years. The course gives you knowledge about the computer systems and applications. There are lots of specialisations like Database management, system analysis, computer graphics, programming languages, animation, internet technologies etc. after the course you may choose to work as software developer or computer programmer or database administrator or system administrator etc.

Nice to see your interest in the computer field. BCA stand for Bachelor of Computer Application which is totally related to the computer field. If you are interested in the computer field then BCA is the one of the good option for your ahead career. I advise you to choose any field as per own interest not by any other interest.

There are many college is our country which provide the BCA course. It is a 3 years course after completing the 12th class.

Lovely Professional University.
Admirit College.
VIT University......etc.

Some college take admission through the entrance examination but some college take admission on the basis of marks obtained in the 12th class. Is it necessary to take IT as optional subject in XII for pursuing BCA...am a commerce student....
