dear sir , i want to study company secretaryship , my question is is there any problem if i study c.s without b.com ?

Company secretary course is the course most selected by candidates of commerce category. Commerce stream candidates make their career in this course. It is course with three stages:

1. Foundation program.

2. Executive program.

3. Professional program.

If you have not done bachelor's degree then you will have to enroll for foundation program. You can register for examination at official website of ICSI which is http://www.icsi.edu/.
