what is the total fees structure for all the three levels,i.e.,foundation,intermediate n final level of company secretaryship from The Institute of company secretary of india?

The three stage course of ICSI costs around 28,000. You need not to appear for foundation if you are a commerce graduate, in this case your fees to be paid to ICSI will be 24500. If you wish to enroll for training from the institute, your fee structure will change accordingly, if you are a graduate with 50% marks, u have to pay 7650 inr to ICSI by DD to the institute, all the best,

ICSI is an institute which offer Company Secretary Courses. A Company Secretary is considered s a very respectable person in the hierarchy and is an important post with in company. A student needs to spend Rs 3,600 for the foundation program. If he/she is a commerce graduate then for the entire course cost Rs 7000 for Executive program and for a non-commerce graduate around Rs 7750.

Company Secretary Course is an excellent course which ensures a good career opportunity. The admission fee for joining the course is around Rs. 1200 and the postal tuition fee is 2400. The total amount for the Foundation Program will come around Rs. 3600. For the Intermediate course the total fee will come around Rs. 7750 and for the finals it would cost around Rs. 10000.

am pursuin MBA . in TamilNadu , and i'd like to do CS along with this . . . . is it possible . . . . . . ? they , mentioned somethin about a computer cource . . . . . is it compulsory . . . . . ? pls give me the details regarding my question . . . . . ?

Eligibility :-
If you are a 10+2pass/appearing candidate you are eligible for admission in C.S. Foundation Course.
If you are a graduate in any discipline - Science, Arts, Commerce (except Fine Arts). you are eligible for direct registration in C.S. Executive Program.


Course Content And Methodology :-
The course is divided into three parts - Foundation, Executive and Professional Program, comprising of 4, 6 and 8 papers respectively. The subject matter of the course consists of Law, Taxation, Management and Accounts.
C.S. course is basically conducted in a distance learning mode, thus can be pursued from anywhere in India. However, the facility of oral coaching classes are also available in various cities given below in India. Examinations are held twice in a year in June and December.

Admission and Registration procedure is very simple. It is open throughout the year and can be done by filling up a simple form and submitting attested copies of your testimonials along with a prescribed fee.
Foundation Program- Rs.3600
Executive Program- Rs.7000 (Commerce graduate)
Rs.7500 (Non-Commerce graduate)
Professional Program- Rs.7500

Prospectus and Application Form for CS Foundation Programme is available on cash payment of Rs.200/- from (Noida Office) C-37, Sector-62, Noida- 201309 (Head Office) ICSI House, 22 Institutional Area, Lodi Road, New Delhi – 110 003 or from ICSI-NIRC Building, Plot No. 4, Prasad Nagar Institutional Area, Rajendra Place, New Delhi.

The Prospectus can also be had by Registered Post by sending a Demand Draft / Postal Order for Rs.200/- favouring “The Institute of Company Secretaries of India” payable at “New Delhi” through any of the 73 Regional Offices of the ICSI spread all over India given above.

However, Executive Program students can take their first exam only 9 months after registration and Foundation students can take it after 8 months. Thus for Executive Program students, it is advisable to get registered before 31st August/ 28th February so as to become eligible for appearing in June/ December exams respectively.
Likewise Foundation students should get registered before 30th September/ 31st March to be eligible for appearing in June/December exams respectively.
