You have not mentioned the stream in which you wish to pursue the MBA programme. Both the MBA and the CS are equally rewarding courses. Company secretaries are in high demand and so are the MBAs. The role of a company secretary is very vital as he is an important link between the company and its Board of Directors, shareholders, government and regulatory authorities so they are important recruit for any company. The demand of a company secretary is very high in the job market. Similarly if you pursue the MBA programme from a reputed institution then even the MBAs are in high demand. It is your choice so analyze which course interests you and pursue it.
