If you want to study MBBS, than first pass your class 12th exams.
In your Class 11th and 12th you should opt for subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology

After passing Class 12th , You can apply for All India National Competitive exams NEET exams

Eligibilty to sit in the NEET(National Eligibility cum Entrance Test ) exams is
12th Pass with minimum 50% marks in aggregate in subjects Phy, Chemistry and Biology and passing marks in English

AGE- Minimum 17 years

So, If you clear this written tests than you will get admission in the Government Medical colleges, where fees are very affordable
