There are different type of interior designing courses like diploma, certification, under graduation and post graduation level degrees.

The basic eligibility required is a 10+2 or its equivalent education in any discipline from any recognised board.

The admission process varies based on the degree, university and state.
The admissions into diploma and certification courses will be given based on the previous years performance.

For getting admission into bachelors degrees, few universities conduct their own entrance exam and few universities will give admissions based on the entrance exam performance. There are different entrance exams like SET, NATA and etc.,
Few universities also give deprecated admissions. So, based on the university the admission process varies.
