You are eligible for MCA degree. Admission to this course is done in the basis of entrance exams like NIMCET. But there is no meaning in pursuing MCA after B.Tech. MCA degree is equivalent to that of B.Tech in CSE/IT in the job market. You can try for courses like M.E or M.Tech. M.S, MBA, etc are other suitable courses that can be opted for study.
