i am final year b.tech student,i want know how to start preparation for JTO exam, i am electronics and communication dept. Please give me suggestion

My suggestion is that

go to the book stall and buy the book called

First you select your syllabus of jto exam and start your preparation.

Concentrate on your branch paper like EMT,AEC,DEC etc.

EC stream is good for JTO

first of all you have to clear your concepts of 2nd and 3rd year

because most of the part of the exam include the syllabus of that .

The BSNL JTO exam has 3sections consisting of objective type questions. The exam is of 3 hours duration.

JTO Exam Papers:
Paper - I - Engineering Stream
Paper - II - Engineering Stream
Paper - III - General Ability Test

The standard of engineering stream paper is those of engineering exam of any indian university. So,your basic text book is sufficient for this section.

For general ability you can refer the book of R.S.Agarwal.

The BSNL JTO exam is conducted every year in the month of MAY-JUNE
(as per previous two year trends) in three different stream.

As you are a Electroics and communication Engineering student you will apply
for Telecom stream.

The Plan of selection is as follow.

Written test :
Section I - Engineering stream
Section II - Engineering Stream
Section III - General Abi lity Test.

Personal Interview - The written test is followed by an interview for final selection.

The notification for 2011 JTO exam is not yet published but you should have
a look to the previous notifications.

The notification for 2009 is attached with this message.
Find it into the attachments.

The file contains all the details related to JTO
exam and also the syllabus.

so you have to prepare as u prepare gate the tips prepare for the competition exams like these are

you have to make the whole syllabus into small paritions and prepare according to plan and touch all the subjects which you have the most interest
