No, the Institute of Civil Engineers (ICE) is not approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). But, the Institute of Civil Engineers (ICE) is recognised by :-

--> Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India
--> Association of India Universities
--> Distance Education Council.

As per my knowledge, yes ICE Institute of Civil Engineers India is approved by AICTE and Degrees of this institution will be valid for jobs abroad.

The Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), Ludhiana is registered under Societies Registration Act 1860. It is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and recognized by Ministry of Human Resource Development, Department of Higher Education, Govt.

No, the institution of civil engineers( INDIA) ludhiana punjab is nt approved by AICTE...but it is recognised by MHRD,,, Those student who were enroll before 31-5-2013 stand recognised and is eligible for higher education, central Govt job, State gov job etc, as per the AICTE notification.......and those student who were enroll after 01-06-2013 stand un-recognised till further review by AICTE if m not wrong.
