Re: Is ICWA better than MBA and M.Com?
You did not mention your highest level of academic qualification. I hope you have completed your Graduation course.
One should have completed Graduation with any of the stream with minimum 50% of marks in order to be eligible to join MBA course. Candidates from SC or ST category should have to secure minimum 45% of marks in Graduation to apply for MBA course. The minimum academic qualification with which the candidates can join ICWAI course is 12th class. ICWAI will be completed in 3 phases. Foundation course Intermediate course Final course The candidates who have completed ICWAI course will be having job opportunities in Cost Accounting area and in Auditing section. As a auditor, they will have to go for the companies and have to conduct audits. An audit is nothing but checking the policies and rules that a company supposed to follow. MBA finance people can make entry into finance section of any company. They can make entry into Accounting department of various companies Investment banking companies Insurance companies Asset Management companies stock broking companies etc. One thing is sure that there will be vast number of job opportunities for the candidates after completion of both the courses. I can not say one course is better and other is not better. Opt for the course which you are interested and perform well in the opted course to get a good job. Subject Knowledge plays a major role for the candidates in getting a job. Try to be good in this. Wish you all the best. |
