To start a social oriented project you must first register yourself with an NGO & get some work experience from them regarding your own projects or the projects on which that NGO is working.
After that you can make a society under section 1860 with some members who are willing to enroll in it & work with you according to your policies & guidelines.And on the basis of this society you can work as an NGO parallel to Govt & can work on the social project as well. |
