The best IIT is Bombay,cause it offers both enjoyment as well as great placements.Being close to the city, all amenities like multiplexes,eateries,malls,healthcare,disco etc etc are at a stone's throw away.If u do not get into IIT-B,the next would be delhi,chennai and kanpur in that order.Kharagpur does not even have a proper hospital and is miles away from the nearest chill out areas(kolkata).Students have died in IIT kharagpur due to lack of health care.The rest are not really IITs. :-)

Every IIT have good record in Placement but the enjoyment situation is better for IIT Delhi , Kanpur and Mumbai .
