I'm a Territorial Army soldier and have completed 3 years. Can I join Para Forces now?


Sir my name is Arul I have completed my 12th and now I am working at Indian Army part of Infantry Battalion Territorial Army Madras and completed 3 years. I would like to join the Para Forces now. What can I do to join Para Forces?
