Siemens india gives training to students.
See, there is only two ways:
1. Reference
2. Counselling
you have try a lot.

there are many in software companies.
rest core industries are less.

Since you belong to electronics and communication engineering, It is advice to do either in electronics company or some telecom field.
So, some of the best companies where you can go implant training are
1. BSNL, you can learn so many things.

isro hal provide training on no fee basis . please contact those company by mail and directly.

there are so many government and private organization which provide industrial training for engineering students. both are good. but getting chance in governmental organization is very much difficult as competition is very high.

but if you have any reference in government sector that is if you have any relatives in the government sector which provide training for engineering student and if he helps you then it will be very much easy to do training from there. otherwise you have to go for private organization.

some of the organization which provide industrial training for engineering students are
BHEL
ISRO
BSNL
Indian Railway
ERTL
EILM etc.

they may take money for your training or may not take according to the organization. but these are the best. you may go for other organization also.
