what was ISAT cut-off and paper pattern can i get some model papers

dear friend
ISAT Questions are objective type and there will be
2 sessions of 2 hours duration each. ISAT exam will be
based mainly on the CBSE Syllabus of 11th and 12th standards
for Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
ISAT admin test will be held on 16th April, 2010
in several centers across the India and get the

ISAT Exam Pattern

Question are mainly objective containing 3 sections of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

Marking Scheme

You will eb awarded 3 marks for each correct answer and each incorrect answer can lead you to get 1 negative mark.

ISAT Cutoff

No one know the cutoff as this is the first year of this exam. Previously it took throgh IIT JEE

the ISAT exam paper is consist of three different sections i.e physics,maths and chemistry.......

the cut of for the IAST varies from year to year...it depend upon how much marks student has score for the current year exam......so if this year student score good marks then the cut off will be high and vice versa.........

for how many marks is isat is going to be conducted?

this is the first time that this exam is being conducted hence its really tough to tell the cut offs and model question papers,
the question paper is that there will be three different sections of maths,physics,chemistry
and each question will be awarded thee marks and there will be 1 negative marks for each wrong answer

so there is no way that any one can tell about the model paper

your position would be in 60 to 70 cut off is 236 so no chance of getting top in exam

the patten of the IIST exam is fully objective type,
and the syllabus is based on the cbsc 11th and 12th syllabus.
and there is two session for this exam,
which have duration of 2 hours.

sorry no chance, isat has only 78 seats for the genral category...

The pattern is like every year's.
The marks vary amongst the other in each possibility of your thought and capability. Ask your seniors.

marks above 150 could fetch you a seat at iist because all the good ones prefer to join IITs or NITs
