I have a query regarding "cpt registration 2016" that what is the last date for submission of cpt form for june 2016 attempt ??

CA CPT is the Entrance Exam - Common Proficiency Test conducted by ICAI for admission in CA(Charted Accountancy) course.It is conducted twice a year.

- You must have passed (10+2) from recognized board.

Paper Pattern
Exam comprises into 4 subjects.Exam is divided into two section each having 2 hour duration.Exam is objective types & having nagative marking system.
Total Marks : 200 Marks
- Mercantile Laws
- Accounting
- Quantitative Aptitude
- Economics

CPT is the entry level test for Chartered Accountancy course. It is held twice every year, normally in the months of June and December.

IMPORTANT DATES FOR CPT EXAMINATION

** Last date of registration for CPT June Exam: on or before April 1st, 2016

** Availability of Application form: on or from 4th April, 2016

** Date of CPT June examination: Sunday, 22nd June, 2016

EXAMINATION PATTERN

** Common Proficiency Test is divided into two sessions which comprises of four subjects as given.

1. Accounting (60 Marks),
2. Mercantile Laws (40 Marks),
3. General Economics (50 Marks),
4. Quantitative Aptitude (50 Marks).

CPT stands for the Common Proficiency Test. This test is the first stage of the Chartered Accountancy. The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India conducts this exam in the month of June and December.

The last date to apply for the June exam is already over, it was 28/04/2015. The exam was conducted on 14/06/2015. So, you must wait for the December notification for CPT exam. Till then prepare for the December exam, exam is of objective type and consists of questions from Accountancy, Economics, Mercantile law and aptitude.

LAST DATE OF CPT 2016 REGISTRATION SUBMISSION:

- Attempt Due Last Date for IPCC Registration
- May Attempt 1st September of the previous year
- November Attempt 1st March of the same year

- For IPCC May 2016 attempt, applicant have to register on or before 31st Aug 2015
- For IPCC Nov 2016 attempt, applicant have to register on or before 28th Feb 2016.

CPT I.e common proficiency test is the entrance examination of chartered accountant course.
Registration is on going process and it never stops however yours date of registration decides your month of attempt eligibility. For June 2016 attempt, you must register yourself before 31st of march 2016 and for December 2016 attempt, you must register before 31st of august 2016.
The registration fees is Rs.6000 and Rs.100 of application fees.
