Last date of submission of application form: 1st week of February, 2011

Date of Examination: third or last week of May, 2011

Important Dates:

Last date for submission of application form: last of January or beginning of February, 2011.

Date of Preliminary Examination of Civil Service Examination: third or last week of May, 2011.

From the 2011 the IAS exam would be called CSAT that is civil service aptitude test and right now there is not any information regarding the exam date and form. The exam details would be advertise in the employment newspaper and it has been published soon so keep your eyes onto this.

For your kind information IAS prelims exam has been replaced by civil services aptitude test (CSAT) which will be effective from 2011.

CSAT important dates:

date of notification: 19.02.2011
last date for reciept of application: 21.03.2011
date of commencement of exam: 12.06.2011

you can purchase the form of IAS from the head post office or your area.....\\

Important dates of CSAT 2011 is:
Date of Notification 19.02.2011
Last Date for Receipt of Applicatio 21.03.2011
Date of Prelims Exam 12.06.2011
Application Forms can be obtained from GPO/Head Post Office on Payment of Rs 20.

Hi,

Yes, The last date of form submission for IAS 2011 is on
21st March'2011.

Still there is time.. so prepare well..

IAS exams are conducted by UPSC and is one of the highest post in India.
The eligibility criteria is graduate in any course.
21-30 years of age.
