I failed to registered for 12th board exam in 2018. Is it possible to register now so that I can appear in exam? If possible then how should I register for it?

There are procedures of late registration only for limited period.
If last date for registration is 21st August then you can apply only by paying late fine till 30th of August but not after that.
Once it is completed then you can only apply next year. There are no procedures to register after closure of date.

The last for registration of senior secondary board examination of different boards are over. Examination of different boards have already started for 12th standard.

You can register for 2019 examination. For 2018 examination, there is no possibility.

It is not possible to register for 12th board examination now. The deadlines are over and examination is being conducted.

You should wait for notification of registration dates of 2019. When dates are released, you can apply for examination.
