Sub.: Admission from Lateral entry in B.Tech.(in Delhi Tec.U.)

I am studing in delhi polytecnic, course coputer engg.,after completly this course (3 years) I wants Btech.from delhi technical university,so how i give entrance of Btech.in iind year.

Dtu takes lateral entry to 2nd year engg. Degree. They have a successive lateral test in for entrance

try at delhi technological university.
also at some other colleges like indra prastha.
give the JMLET exam.
search through official site.

as you are now doing polytechnic,
and after polytechnic you want to do b.tech..so you can take admission in the b.tech course through lateral entry,but for this you have to give the exam of the aieee/iit jee/or other engineering entrance exam,

Lateral entry admission in Mca in Delhi University

which colleges in delhi offer lateral entry for mca for bca students

I dont think there is any lateral entry seat for direct 2nd year admission. DTU takes admission through AIEEE which if a diploma student answers for which he is eligible then he will get admission in 1st year instead of 2nd year

Anyways dont worry there are many colleges like Thapar,Manipal etc who take lateral entry admission

Yes, You can take admission in 2nd year B.tech from DTU. But DTU conduct their lateral admission entrance test. You must qualifies in that test. For your kind information, this test is not so simple as you think. It is very tough test and having many phase.

1.Application form for entrance test is given on the basis of diploma marks.
2.Entrance test two part:
1.Aptitude & reasoning
2.Technical
3.If you qualify in the written test then you are called for the interview, where you have asked for technical and non technical.

So there are lots of phase which is very tough.
So prepare well first then apply for it.

dear ,
you are doing diploma from the polytechnique college.
so if you are intersted to do b.tech with dtu.
you can also tke addmission in the same univ. where you are studying now . they will take admission directly in 2nd year on merit list or marks basis,....
so go for it .

Dear friend
The eligibility for admission to BTech programs through lateral entry in any university is either diploma in engineering or BSc in science.
Therefore you are eligible for the admission to 2nd year of BTech.
But, DTU doesn't conduct entrance examination for lateral entry to BTech programs ie there is no lateral entry scheme available in DTU.
You better apply for IP university Delhi.

entrance exam conducted by Delhi technical University ,after qualifying in this exam you

I dont think that DTU do offer any lateral seat or conduct such type of exam for that. DTU formerly known as Delhi college of engineering .
It just offer btech or mtech seats which are filled through AIEEE and GATE . However you may seek admission in DU's colleges for admission in 2nd year of engineering.

one can take the admission in the b.tech through the lateral entry .but for this you must have a diploma degree.

and if you are the residence of the delhi then you give the exams of the DEC,
or you give the exam of the AIEEE.
then through the counselling you can take the admission.

Usually not all universities take entrance exams for btech. I know of one such university called UTM, which is offering interesting and unique programs like cloud computing, virtualization technology, open source software etc. As these programs are in good demand in the job market, therefore you should look for them for better future.

excuse me.. you say youve done your graduation from xaviers.. i am sorry but.. then why do you want to go in for btech?? please dont take it the other way..i am a little confused myself regarding what should i do after 12th.. btech or stephens.. so just thats why asked you about your wish to get into btech after the graduation...
