1)my aieee rank is 200000 in general plz give me the list of aieee colleges in U.P.IN which we take admission?
2) can i get admission or not?
3)can we take direct admission in aieee or not?

Sorry to say Shaifali but your rank is obviously not good, I don't think you can get admission in any 'OK' college also with this rank. So in my opinion you should repeat, study well and re-appear for the exam next year if you have chance.
Other options can be:
1.You take admission in some private college in UP, there are many in Kanpur, Ghaziabad,Gorakhpur etc. These colleges don't care about the ranks.
2.You may appear for UPSEE exam next year which gives entrance in colleges in UP
3.You may do B.Sc from some college.

AIEEE stands for all India engineering entrance exam which is held every year for admissions in top engineering colleges such as NIT's,IIIT's etc

seeing your rank you are eligible to appear for the online counselling but you have very less chance of getting a seat in a good government college

But you can always try for some reputed privates colleges such as
1.Amity University
2.Lovely professional university

NOTE
There is no direct admission in AIEEE your admission depends on the rank you got in exam
