there are a number of colleges that offer you courses with just your 12 standard marks right from Diploma in any branch in engineering to arts, Commerce, BBA and so on. If you have to join a professional course like Engineering degree or Medical, Dental, Pharmacy, BHMS, BAMS and so on, you have to appear for entrance exams. Again your 12 marks can get you through a good college for certain closes, provided you fulfill their closing marks or their cut- off marks. some of them also accept management quota or fill in NRI/NRI sponsored students quota. For that you need to apply depending upon the rules and regulations of the individual universities as well as the colleges affliated.
