having passed your intermediate exams with non-medical branch /PCM you have lots of career opportunities in future.the ideal condition in which a students find himself is simply doing B.TECH after XII ,but there are many other courses as well..so,sometimes students even after taking non-medical or medical branch realises that this is not the right option for them.


so,

With Physics, Chemistry and Maths as the main subjects in 10+2, engineering is one of the main career options open. For engineering, one can prepare for entrance exams like AIEEE or the IIT-JEE to pursue a career in engineering.

There are may options for you

If you are interested in Engineering then you can prepare for all India entrance exams like AIEEE, IIT JEE or some state level entrance exam like UPSEE. Also some entrance which are specific to the institutes like BITS.

Otherwise you can choose to do graduation or bachelor courses like Bsc. in Physics, chemistry , mathematics , Computer science, Statistics, IT etc. followed by Msc. or or you can do BCA , MCA etc. Its all about the subject you are interested in.

If interested in teaching line then there are many courses like B.ed or DIET for teaching in school and if you wish to become a lecturer then you will have to give exams like NET but for that may take too much time. The teaching line is becoming very popular these days because of increasing demand and pay scale for teachers. After teaching sometime teachers also get students for tuition very easily. The working hours are less and pay is more. Or simply if interested in Research than you can choose to go for Ph.D

These days robotics and photonics are also becoming very popular but since these are very new courses they may not be able to fetch you jobs with very good salary packages.

After Graduation you can also do M.Sc. Electronic Media. Not only its very Interesting but it also has some good scope. This generation is very much interested in 3D animation anyways.

If you have interest in computers then you can go for computer courses or simply you can do MCA or M.Sc.(IT) after graduation.

Many Fashion desging courses are also there for which the qualification required is only 10+2. there are also many certificate and correspondence courses in Fashion designing also.

Or if you are interested in law then you can also do B.A.L.L.B course which is a 5 year course and the qualification required is only 10+2

If you are interested in joining Indian army, Navy or Air force then you can give NDA exam. It is becoming very popular among 10+2 students these days. After completion of 10+2 one can also join Indian army through TES 10+2 scheme

you can also go for Journalism if interested in it. But this requires good communication skills and also sometimes good presentation skills.

---after the inroducement of grading system in class 10th ,that is CGPA ( cumulative grade point average), CBSE examinations for class 10th has lost its superiority, today almost 90% of people , regard class 10th result as not important and not the basis for anything.

---so, after 10th , comes the 12th examinations which has become the basis of all most all competitions and interview. you can do 12th in any stream depending upon your interest like PCM, PCB,commerce, arts etc.

Friend,I would like to suggest you one thing that it totally depends upon your interest that in which field you want to shape your career.

If you select the courses on suggestions of someone and if you donot have any interest in it then you will not be able to achieve success in that field.
