First of all i want to know that what is your aim. What do you want to do after completing the 12th class. You not mention the interested field in the question.

If you completed 12th class with PCM stream then in think that engineering is the one of the best option for you. To admission in the engineering course you need to appear in the entrance examination like IIT JEE, WBJEE, ORJEE, KIITEE .......and many other. You can appear in the entrance examination in the appearing of 12th board exam.

If you completed the 12th class with PCB stream then i think that MBBS is the best option for you as the ahead career. To admission in the MBBS you need to appear in the entrance examination like AIIMS, JIPMER....etc. You have also many option like B.Sc, BCA, BBA...etc. I advise you to choose any field as per own interest.

This is your own career so decide any thing as per own interest. Before choosing any field think twice on that. I wish you will get a brightness career ahead. All the Best.
