To get a job in these company one must clear the GATE or their entrance test.

3) Banking
Mechanical engineer can get jobs in banks as PO clerk through exam like IBPS PO

4) Indian army, air force and Navy
mechanical engineer can apply for the post of commissioned officer in army navy and air force through CDS exam.
