I am a Diploma Holder in Mining Engg from West Bengal. Now I want to make B tech or B Sc in Civil Engg. in distance learning programme. Is there any institute with having both AICTE & UGC approved for the course and whether i will be eligible or not?

i completed 3 years diploma in civil engineering, now i want to complete b tech in distance in civil. show me the ugc and aictc approved institute name list.
