The Prospectus along with the application form for Punjab Pre-Medical Entrance Test, conducted by Baba Farid University of Health Scineces,Faridkot can be obtained from the branches of Oriental Bank of Commerce instead of Canara Banks.

The application forms will be available at the designated branches till 27-04-2012.
