Default Re: Is LLB 3 years a PG course in India

LLB stands for the Bachelor of Legislative law.

No, LLB of three years is not a post graduate course in India. Common Law Admission test is conducted for admission of candidates to LLB in different national law universities in India.

After 10+2,the duration of LLB is five years and if you have done your bachelor's degree then doing LLB, for those candidates it is only of three years.

LLM is the post graduate course in law in India.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
