i have completed my b.b.a. with 65 percentage can i get admission in ahmedabad law colleges without clat

i have pass in 12th nd i want to be lawyer so give me some suggetion...........

You certainly do not have to appear for the Common Law Admission Test. It is conducted for 5 years LLB program and not the 3 years one.

The 5 years LLB program includes a bachelor course like BA, B.Com along with LLB. However since you have already completed graduation, there is no point of doing integrated course. There is no sense in doing a graduation course again.

You will be applying for the 3 years long LLB course which is not offered through Common Law Admission Test. Besides you may not be able to meet the age limit for CLAT as well.

While the Common Law Admission Test is out of the picture, you may still have to give a entrance exam to get admission for LLB in Ahmedabad. It will depend on the college.

Some colleges like to conduct entrance exam for LLB while others offer direct admission. Only apply in college that offers the course through regular mode. The non regular LLB degree is not valid as per Bar Council of India.


LLB Eligibility

1. Candidate should be graduate.

2. The percentage requires vary from college to college. Generally 45 to 50 percent marks are required.

3. There is 5 percent relaxation for SC/ST.

4. Age limit is set at 30 years by the Bar Council of India.

5. Upto 5 years relaxation for SC/ST.

6. No relaxation offered for OBC.

How can I get admission LLB 3 year course program through distance education in Hindi medium without entrance test & which college of university offered this type course?
