what are the starting steps that one must take in order to study in europe for M.S. Degree? name some affiliated institutes. tell me about the scholarship or the funding criteria.

EU nations desperately in need of 20 lakh manpower .Due to lack of manpower &negative population rate these countries started Free Education concept(nothing to pay to the university).In EU nations getting admission is very difficult but getting visa is very easy because these Embassies don"t bother about your property details. Initially you can apply for visa & after that opt the colleges of M.S for further higher studies.
